Shipping & Delivery options
We use DHL and The Royal Mail for UK and international shipping. Our high-value items are shipped with insurance and provide coverage during shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 in the United Kingdom and United States. We currently only ship to UK and US.
Estimated delivery times
All orders made before 12pm are expected to be despatched on the same business day. All orders made after 12pm are expected to be dispatched the next business day. If your order is made on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next business day. All public holidays in England are considered non-business days.
We offer 1-2 day shipping for orders in England and Wales, Please expect longer estimated delivery times for other locations in the UK. Shipping to the United States can take 2-11 business days. Additionally, we use express shipping for both UK and International locations.
International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all international orders, however shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
All purchases made with delivery to USA are priced and shipped excluding sales tax, use tax, shipping taxes and any related tax. Customers from USA are advised to check their tax obligations from their respective state.
What happens if my order is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
