Do you offer a warranty?

At CLTV our products are created with quality and craftsmanship. We provide a warranty to ensure your peace of mind when purchasing our jewellery.

For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we guarantee that our jewellery is free from defects in material and workmanship. Should any issues arise during this time, we are here to assist you.

Under our warranty, we will take care of your jewellery if any damage occurs due to manufacturing or material defects. Simply reach out to us, and we'll find a solution.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or dents that may occur with regular use, improper handling or storage of the jewellery, and any alterations or modifications made by a third party.
